Workshop
Neuromysticism Fundamentals
An experiential pathway exploring freeze, the identities and beliefs it shapes, and the reorganization of self into coherence through the priciples of Neuro-Mysicism.
Course Description
This five-part series explores the freeze response as a psychological, physical, and spiritual state — and offers a guided, experiential pathway for moving from freeze into coherence.
Rather than approaching freeze as a problem to fix, we work with it as an intelligent survival response that shapes perception, identity, and nervous system function. Through a combination of prework, class teaching and discussion, experiential energy practices, and homework, participants gain a lived understanding of how freeze forms — and how it can reorganize into greater clarity, agency, and embodiment.
The Five Phases
Freeze
We begin by examining how freeze happens and why it occurs. This phase focuses on recognition — identifying freeze as a state of protection rather than pathology, and understanding how it interrupts agency, sensation, and perception.
Frozen
Here we explore who we become when freeze becomes chronic. We look at the adaptations, identities, and coping structures that emerge when life is navigated from a frozen state — psychologically, physically, and spiritually.
Thaw
Thaw introduces movement back into the system. This phase addresses what must emerge — safely and gradually — for the nervous system to release long-held immobility without overwhelm or collapse.
Flow
As thaw stabilizes, we move into flow — the restoration of rhythm, responsiveness, and engagement with life. Flow is not a peak state, but a functional return to movement, feeling, and choice.
Coherence
The series concludes with coherence — the reorganization of self around the core self, or Seed. In this phase, insights and experiences integrate into a more unified internal architecture, allowing change to last rather than fragment.
Format
Each class includes:
Guided prework
Teaching and group discussion
Experiential energy practices
Homework for integration between sessions
This series emphasizes direct experience over theory, and integration over performance or belief.
