Creating Ceremony and Ritual

A year-long series of monthly gatherings cultivating relationship with the living beings of the Andes through guided journeys and sacred offerings. Enter any month.

Details:

This is an experiential course, that follows the solar year, inviting participants into a direct and reciprocal relationship with the primary spirit beings of the Andean tradition. It can be taken as a year long process, or you can step at any time —a la carte at any time. There are also recordings available if you’d like to catch up!

Rather than studying these beings conceptually and historically, we dive into the filed of conscious living energy they manifest from and meet them ceremonially — through guided journey, presence, and simple reciprocal offerings. This course is designed to re-establish rhythm, relationship, and engagement with the unseen dimensions of life in a grounded, embodied way. Meet Nature on her terms!

In a culture that often collapses into the purely mundane, ceremony offers a way to pause, listen, and remember how to be in dialogue with the living field of creation. This series reanimates our connections with Nature and it gives us an online community to gather with monthly.

Course Structure

  • 12 months /12 beings

  • One being per month, aligned with the calendar year

  • Each gathering includes:

    • Introduction to the being and its domain

    • Context for it within the Andean Cosmovision

    • A guided inner journey to meet the being

    • Creation of a small despacho (offering), made together

    • Closing and integration

Participants are encouraged to keep the practice simple, personal, and experiential rather than symbolic or belief-based.:

The Beings We Will Journey With:

This course works with the 7 Teqseapukuna (Universal Nature Spirit beings), 4 Animal World-Gatekeepers, and Ukuku (the Bear) — the one who bridges between spiritual and physical domains.

Together, these beings form a living cosmology that supports orientation, balance, and coherent engagement with both visible and invisible worlds.

The practice of ayni is the practice of reciprocity. We meet them, make them an offering, and they show up! We spend a month getting to know each other.
